5280 Knob and Pull is responsible ONLY for the new hardware installation that it undertakes. 5280 Knob and Pull is not responsible for ANY home builder or past/future remodeling contractor’s construction defects or installations (i.e. paint , cabinetry defects, faulty wiring, freezing pipes, framing, foundation or foundation work, existing exterior/interior walls, floor joists, roofing/rafters ridges, insulation etc.). Furthermore, the jobsite is a potentially dangerous area and homeowners/children, family and friends enter at their own risk as 5280 Knob and Pull is not liable for any unauthorized persons entering the jobsite location.

Mediation/Arbitration Clause: Should a disagreement arise at any time during construction or at any time after construction, the client agrees to resolve the issue by means of third party mediation and then if still not resolved, by arbitration. The client agrees to release all members of 5280 Knob and Pull as individuals from any and all liabilities stemming from the construction and all other matters.
